Overlooking a rocky shoreline, this Maine house is truly one of a kind with masterful craftsmanship and connection to this stunning piece of the Maine coast. Designed and crafted by a boat builder, his touch is evident throughout the house and was a feature in Fine Home Building. The house is full of curves and custom woodwork, curved wings surround a rectangular central tower, and nearly every room has an ocean view. The kitchen was entire custom-built; with countertops of laminated teak and walnut and cabinets of beaded fir. The round window was salvaged from an old mansion. Built in beds and furniture all of highly varnished wood. A guesthouse apartment and a small studio provide complete this hidden gem.
